Our technicians are extremely well qualified but if there are questions or concerns that can not be addressed by him/her, our Manager of Operations is personally available to customers.

Service Programs
Routine service programs offer complete customization of services to our clients, and are based on the number of service visits needed to achieve the level of control required on a property. Service programs can be set up for weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Integrated Pest Management
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on common-sense practices. IPM programs focus on setting action thresholds, identifying pests, monitoring, prevention, and control. Standard IPM practices include education, communication, exclusion, and limited pesticide applications. Proper IPM programs will effectively identify, control, and eliminate pest infestations and the potential for pest infestations in a commercial environment.
On Call Services
We enjoy our relationships with our customers and treat each one with courtesy and respect. We understand that when you call with a problem, it is often of an urgent nature and our availability and response time reflects that. If a night or weekend call is not answered immediately, the call is returned within one hour. All service calls of an urgent nature are scheduled within 24 hours and all other types of visits are scheduled at our customers’ convenience. Our customers find us available to answer questions and address concerns thoroughly and completely.
Reporting and Communication
During each service a Downes Pest Solutions technician will be noting areas of activity and areas that show potential for activity. Upon completion of the service a report log will be generated and left with a representative on site, or mailed to the management. This report will detail the service, the materials used, and the findings of the inspections. Copies of the report are kept at our office and can be made available whenever needed.
Automatic Scheduling
Services will be automatically scheduled by a member of our administration staff on a regular basis. The scheduled appointments will be confirmed with management or an onsite representative. Regular services can be scheduled for the same day during a week or month.
